All of our products have been reworked from vintage and antique materials which have lived many lives before coming to you. Please note that some signs of wear are to be expected, as is the nature of vintage fabrics. While every care is taken to launder and repair fabrics, some small marks may be present, although not obvious.

Shipping

Orders will be sent out within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail, and a tracking number will be sent to you. If you need your purchase sooner, please email hello@cottn.co.uk with your order number and we will see if we can help.

International orders will have a slightly longer delivery period. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be shipped (longer for custom embroidery) and up to 15 days for the delivery. You will be sent a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your parcel. Please note, any additional fees and taxes will have to be covered by the customer. If you need your order sooner, please email hello@cottn.co.uk with your order number and we might be able to find a faster service. In this instance, an additional invoice will be sent to cover increased postage costs, if applicable.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please email hello@cottn.co.uk with your order number to notify us of the reason for return. All products should be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging including any dust bags. Customers are responsible for for cost of return. We recommend using a tracked service.

Once the item has been received back, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund, original shipping will not be refunded.
